Crafting Guide: How to Combine Items
Crafting Items at Forges and Furnaces
Crafting is done through combining items and equipment at forges and furnaces. From there and with the appropriate recipe and ingredients, players can create upgraded weapons, armor, and accessories.
Crafting Also Possible Through Combining
Combining results aren't known compared to forge crafting and alchemy!
Alternatively, players can also craft items and equipment through combining. Combining items can be done outside of forges and furnaces and does not require learning recipes in order to do. Since no recipes are required, the result of your combined items are not known prior to combining them.
The combining menu can be accessed by pressing the I key to open a character's inventory, then right click a material and see if a combine option is available. Do note that not all items have the combine option.
Concoct Items Through Alchemy
Players can concoct items through alchemy by pressing the H key to open the alchemy menu.
Recipes for alchemy are obtained through story progression as well as reading recipe books that players can come across during exploration.
